The Southern Arkansas women’s golf team finished 11th on Tuesday at the NSU Classic in Tahlequah, OK.

From Monday to Tuesday, the SAU team reduced their score by six strokes, shooting a 323 (+35) on the day.

Chelsea Chow set the pace for the Muleriders, finishing at 85 on the day and 18 strokes over for the tournament, good for 42nd place.

Two strokes behind Chow, in a tie for 43rd, were teammates Mackenzy Turner and Eva Renner. Turner and Renner dropped six and four strokes, respectively, as they finished 20 strokes over par.

Olivia Faught and Carolina Kysiak finished two strokes behind Turner and Renner, tied for 50th at 22 over. Faught repeated her day one score of 83 while Kysiak cut down four strokes to shoot and 81.

The Muleriders return to action in three weeks in Edmond, OK to play in the UCA Classic.
