She showed her American Paint Horse Association mare, Impulsation, lovingly known as “Hershey,” in buckaroo western pleasure, buckaroo horsemanship and walk-trot earning reserve championships in all three classes.

The buckaroo division is for riders age 13 and under as of January 1, 2019.

For her efforts Kee was awarded three trophies and the High Point Buckaroo saddle by the Arkansas State Championship Horse Show.

The Arkansas State Championship Horse Show is an invitational show and is the largest open breed horse in the United States. It is held annually in Little Rock over Labor Day weekend for 56 years. This was Kee's first year competing at the show. She qualified by competing with the SouthArk Horse Association through the Columbia County Riding Club.
