The Magnolia Travelers, a 14-under baseball team, won a USSSA tournament this weekend in Benton at the Everett Triple Crown 1st Leg Tournament in Benton.
The team lost its two pool-play game on Saturday by scores of 10-3 and 8-4, but came back in Sunday bracket play to win the tournament in three games, 12-1, 7-5 and 7-5.
Team members are Walker Carter, Peyton Couture, Braden Sanchez,
Ayden Hutcheson, Zander Rice, Grayson West, Landon Sawyer, Cameron Mayo, Braden Austin, D.J. Marshall and Brady Ard.
Coaches are Tom Sawyer, Mick Sanchez, Jason Hutcheson and Brandon Couture.
