Missouri Western and Henderson will play at the Live United Bowl on December 7.

Henderson State will play Missouri Western in the seventh annual Agent Barry Live United Bowl football game in TexARKana.

The teams were notified on Monday of their selection, and a formal announcement will be made Tuesday.

The host team from the Great American Conference will be the Henderson Reddies, who finished 9-2 for the year and are coached by Scott Maxfield.

The Reddies opponent, from the MIAA Conference, will be the Missouri Western State University Griffons from St. Joseph, with a winning record of 8-3, coached by Matt Williamson.

The event is one of a handful of bowl games for NCAA Division II football teams.

Missouri Western beat Southern Arkansas 30-25 in last year’s Live United Bowl.

The seventh annual Agent Barry Live United Bowl is scheduled for noon Saturday, December 7 at TexARKana High’s Razorback Stadium.
