Jeanette Summerlin Wilson, 78, of Magnolia passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Wentworth Place – Monroe House in Magnolia.
She was born on June 24, 1941 in Magnolia to the late Marshall James Summerlin and Bessie Lorine (Bright) Summerlin. She graduated from Southern Arkansas University with a degree in accounting and later worked for Shanhouse, Alumax, Alcoa, Southern Extrusions and Partee Flooring Mill. When she retired, she dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren who called her Mammaw. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marshall and Bessie Summerlin; husband, Claude Hannon Wilson Jr.; and her four-legged friend, Trixie.
Jeanette is survived by her two children, Sarah Annette Davis and husband Larry and Scott Hannon Wilson, all of Magnolia; granddaughters, Hannah Elizabeth Wilson of Prescott and Sarah Rachel Davis of North Little Rock; a great-granddaughter, Rhesa Lynn Wilson of Prescott; and a host of extended family and friends.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 22, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Eric Goble officiating under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. Current COVID-19 guidelines allow attendance but must adhere to social distancing guidelines.
