Funeral services for Terry Lynn Pipkin will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Lewis Chapel.

Terry Lynn Pipkin, 58, of Taylor passed away Sunday, August 18, 2019 at the Willis-Knighton Health Center in Shreveport.

Terry was born November 15, 1960 in Magnolia. He was a licensed funeral director and worked in the funeral industry for 20 years. He was a member of the Eastside Missionary Baptist Church in Waldo and was an avid outdoorsman.

He was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Pipkin; mother, Louise (Thomason) Fields; stepfather, Richard Fields; brother-in-law, Donald Winberry; and special friend, Tony Wyrick.

He is survived by his daughters, Kim Barnett and husband Kenny, and Brooke Williams and husband Michael of Taylor; grandchildren, Carter Roberson, Carlee Roberson, and Harleigh Williams of Taylor; brother, Tony Pipkin of Shongaloo, LA; sister, Rachel Winberry of Greenbrier; special niece, Brittney Gatlin and husband Russell of Little Rock; special friend, Bill Pipkin “Junior” of Waldo; and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Lewis Chapel with Bro. Jim Cross officiating. Burial will follow at the Shiloh Cemetery in Lamartine under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., in Magnolia.

Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, August 21 at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Carter Roberson, Bill Pipkin “Junior”, Ricky Winberry, Kerry Pipkin, Paul Pipkin, Ronnie Pipkin, Todd Tribble, Ty Tribble, Greg Key and Michael Key.
