Funeral services for Robert Lee Todd will be at 11 a.m. Friday, September 18, 2020 at Macedonia Cemetery in McNeil.

Robert Lee Todd Sr. transitioned from this earthly walk on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at the home of his daughter in Newark, CA.

Robert was the baby of 11 children born August 22, 1943 to the late Taylor and Alice Todd.

He was a graduate of the George Washington Carver High School Class of 1962 in Stephens. He joined Beech Hill A.M.E. Church at an early age.

On July 10, 1969, Robert united in holy matrimony with Deloris Bouttie. To this union were born three children. He loved his family and was dearly loved by his family. His nieces and nephews enjoyed his company because he was very entertaining.

Robert was quite a sports enthusiast. Probably no one on earth loved the Los Angeles Dodgers and the L.A. Lakers more than he. He was also a great fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Championship Wrestling.

Preceding Robert in death were his parents; his wife of almost 51 years; four sisters, Betty Jean Todd, Delois Tooks Johnson, Juanita Burris and Alabama Todd; five brothers, Harvey Jackson, Chester, Herman, Alvin and James Todd.

He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters, Yvonne Renae Todd Ofreneo (Aian) of Newark, CA and Yolanda Todd; one son, Robert Lee Todd Jr. and an adopted daughter, Amanda Harris, all of Modesto, CA; one sister, Euradell Ward of North Little Rock; three brothers, Early Todd of Milwaukee, WI, Jerry Todd of Dallas, TX and Joe Todd (Virginia) of Magnolia; two sisters-in-law, Corrine Cross Todd of Stephens and Mandy Ann Bouttie of Oakland, CA; four grandchildren, Brittany Sabrina Todd of Antioch, CA, Robert Lavell, Justin Todd and Aiana Alexis Ofreneo of Chino, CA; a special cousin, Hazel Todd Sutton of Oakland, CA; two close family friends, Eugene Hawkins of Hayward, CA and Brenda Nelson; a godchild, Tonya Evans and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be from noon to 3 p.m. Thursday, September 17 at Marks Funeral Home of Magnolia.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, September 18, 2020 at Macedonia Cemetery in McNeil. The Rev. Billy Burris will be the clergyman.
