Robert L. King, 59, of Marysville, formerly of Buckland, MO, passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at his residence.
Robert was born October 10, 1959 in Stoutsville, MO. He was a member of the Central Baptist Church in Magnolia where he was active in missions and mission trips to Nicaragua. He was a blacksmith and was passionate about cooking barbeque.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Lee King and Aaron King.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Toni King of Marysville; children and grandchildren, Mandy Ochs and her children Morgan, Landon, and Hayden Ochs of Magnolia, Kory King of Marysville, Rachael Jones and husband Thomas and their children Karsyn, Kylie, and Aubrey Kate Jones of Magnolia; parents, Wendell and Rosalee King of Mount Holly; brothers, Tim King of Mount Holly and Shawn King of Ridgeway, CO; sisters, Kayle Kinley of El Dorado and Julie Schibler and husband Josh of Magnolia; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2019 at Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., in Magnolia with Bro. Steve Ford officiating. Burial will follow at the Marysville Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday, July 26 at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Thomas Jones, Donovan Hawk, Craig Hall, Matt Stone, David Stone and Stanley Curl. Honorary pallbearer will be Ben Jones.
