Alma Louise Hunter Pittman, 77, of Magnolia passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at her home.
She was born on July 14, 1943 in Cherry Hill, Arkansas. She loved flowers, was a wonderful homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a hard worker and always there for her family.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Alma Mann; her first husband, Tillman Hunter; second husband, J.B. Pittman; a daughter, Loretta Lynne Hunter; and a sister, Joan Godwin.
She is survived by her son, Allen Hunter; grandson, Cody Ray Hunter and wife Ashley; great-grandchildren, Dawson Lane Hunter, Colton Ray Hunter, Kaden James Ware and BentLee Roy Ware; sisters, Rhonda Flow and Helen Hendricks, both of Magnolia; mother of grandson, Frances Hunter of Magnolia; Allen Hunter's siblings, Barbara Hudgens and husband Lewis of Magnolia, Karen Jenkins and husband Michael of Duluth, Minnesota, and Alicia Hunter and T.R. Hunter of Magnolia; special friend, Claudette Mellow of McNeil; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
Visitation with the family will be 6-8 p.m. Monday at Lewis Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Magnolia Memorial Park Cemetery with Bro. Lonnie Warren officiating under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc.
