One killed

A Fountain Hill woman was struck and killed by a truck on a Bradley County road late Saturday.

Three pedestrians were struck by a truck and one was killed about 9:20 p.m. Saturday in an accident on Arkansas 8 in the Johnsville community of Bradley County.

According to a preliminary Arkansas State Police report, the three pedestrians were standing in the westbound lane of the highway following an all-terrain vehicle accident.

They were hit by a westbound 2012 model Dodge Ram truck.

Jennifer Denise Davidson, 40, of Fountain Hill, was killed. Jarvis Ramelle Miller, 44, and Marcus Darnell Miller, 41, both of Fountain Hill, were injured and taken to Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff.

Davidson’s body was released to Frazier’s Funeral Home of Warren.

The driver of the truck was not injured and was not identified in the State Police report.

The weather was clear and the road was dry.

Johnsville is located near the Bradley-Ashley County line.

Trooper 1st Class John Pryor investigated the accident.
