Justin Dalton Wilson, 18, has entered not guilty pleas in a double homicide case in TexARKana.

Miller County prosecutors are not seeking the death penalty for a teen accused of killing two and wounding a third in a shooting August 28 at a house in TexARKana.

Justin Dalton Wilson, 18, appeared in court recently before Circuit Judge Brent Haltom. Wilson’s attorney entered pleas of not guilty for Wilson to two counts of capital murder, a charge of attempted capital murder, a charge of aggravated assault and a charge of aggravated robbery. According to court records, the state announced that it is not seeking the death penalty at this time.

Wilson allegedly shot and killed 45-year-old Scott Wiegmann and 36-year-old Reginald Davis in a house in the 2400 block of East 24th Street. One man struck by a bullet, Lajohnta Collier, 24, survived. Collier’s son was allegedly sleeping in a bedroom of the house during the incident.
