The Arkansas Parole Board found Columbia County inmate Jamie Jacobs' sentence commutation request “without merit.” Jacobs, 38, remains at the Ouachita River Correctional Unit in Malvern.

Thomas Massey Jr., Hempstead County, breaking or entering and theft of property.

Brian McKinney, Sevier County, commercial burglary, two counts.

The board found the following pardon recommendations for South Arkansas inmates “without merit.”

Rocky Halter, Sevier County, delivery of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver.

William Teague, Howard County, possession of drug paraphernalia, delivery of controlled substance-marijuana, possession of controlled substance-methamphetamine.
