Actions in Columbia County Circuit Court last week:

Jana Drake, charged with theft of property over $500, has completed community service and still paying restitution. Case continued to November 7.

Antoine Sanders, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver - marijuana, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, three counts of distribution of a controlled substance - methamphetamine, distribution of a controlled substance - marijuana, absconding house arrest, and distribution of a controlled substance - marijuana: state moved to non-prosecute all but the distribution of a controlled substance - marijuana. Prosecutor said the state wanted to see Sanders become a law-abiding citizen. He completed community service and is holding a job. For the remaining charge, he was sentenced to five years suspended imposition of sentence and to pay court costs and fees.

Artilaus Omar Green, charged with four counts of distribution of a controlled substance - cocaine, possession of a controlled substance - marijuana, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver - cocaine, maintaining a drug premises, possession of drug paraphernalia, and is a habitual offender. Case continued to December 5.

Vallory Mallory, charged with aggravated assault, and endangering the welfare of a minor. Charged with contempt of court. Ordered to seven days in the Columbia County Justice and Detention Facility. Ordered to immediately enroll in the WAGE program. Case continued to November 7.

Mayorga Johnson, charged with robbery. Case continued to November 7.

Kelly Stephens, charged with aggravated assault on a family member, and battery third degree. State moved to non-prosecute the battery charge. Sentenced to five years probation and to pay court costs and fees.

Preston Gilbert, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver - marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Case continued to November 21.

Dextrick French, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver - crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver - crack cocaine, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver - marijuana, and is a habitual offender. Case continued to December 5.

Sammy Shane Cogbill, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent - methamphetamine, driving on suspended driver’s license, and distribution of a controlled substance - methamphetamine. Still waiting to testify in another case. Case continued to December 5.

Jeremy Cannon, charged with aggravated assault on a family member, Still has to complete two more anger management classes. Case continued to October 3.

Coquisha Ellis, charged with aggravated assault. Case continued to November 7.

Lisa Moore, charged with theft of property over $1,000, fleeing by vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, and is a habitual offender. Released on house arrest to her mother with exception for going to the probation office and to court. Case continued to September 19.

Mario Meadows, charged with distribution of a controlled substance - crack cocaine, and four counts of distribution of a controlled substance - crack cocaine. Bench warrant issued for failure to appear.

Kiasha Hardin, charged with battery second degree. Case continued to September 19.

Willie Singleton, who is charged with aggravated robbery, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearm, and possession of a controlled substance with intent - marijuana. Case continued to December 5.

Michael Atkinson, charged with forgery second degree. State moved to non-prosecute. No longer a restitution issue and he is moving to Georgia.

Cartaya R. Martin, charged with battery first degree, and terroristic threatening first degree. State amended first charge to battery second degree and to non-prosecute the second charge. Sentenced to five years probation, to pay court costs and fees, and to pay restitution.

William Douglas Crisp, charged with false imprisonment first degree, domestic battery third degree, and is a habitual offender. Ordered to serve 12 days in jail to do community service. Case continued to September 19.

Xavier Williams, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver - marijuana, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearm, and possession of defaced firearm. Case continued to November 7.

Rickey W. Biddle, charged with battery first degree. Case continued to September 19.

Daniel Stevenson, charged with theft of property over $5,000. Case continued to December 5.

Judith Smith, charged with 16 counts of violation of Arkansas hot check law. Case continued to September 19.

Christopher Mosby, charged with residential burglary. Ordered to complete community service. Case continued to November 7.

Scott A. Martin, charged with possession of a controlled substance - methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia Ordered to complete 200 hours of community service with his church. Case continued to December 5.

Felton Robinson, charged with aggravated residential burglary. State amended charge to aggravated assault. Sentenced to five years suspended imposition of sentence, to pay court costs and fees, and no drinking.

Ashley K. Hayes, charged with residential burglary, theft of property over $1,000, possession of drug paraphernalia, four counts of forgery, 19 counts of forgery, fraudulent use of a credit card, and four counts of financial ID fraud. State moved to non-prosecute the theft and possession charges. Sentenced to two years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections with five years suspended imposition of sentence and to pay restitution for each of the forgery charges to be served concurrently. She is to get her WAGE certificate prior to release and complete the long-term substance abuse program.

Javion Ross, charged with residential burglary, and theft of property over $1,000. Ordered to complete 80 hours of community service. Case continued to December 5.

Ashley Martin, charged with distribution of a controlled substance - methamphetamine: taken into custody for contempt of court. State withdrew offer of plea agreement. Case continued to September 19.

Steven Burns, charged with possession of a controlled substance - methamphetamine, fraud/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance - marijuana, and is a habitual offender. Ordered to a 90-day treatment program following by completion of the drug court program.

Kevin Lambert, charged with residential burglary. Ordered to complete 200 hours of community service in Waldo. Case continued to December 5.

Walter Runyon, charged with residential burglary, and is a habitual offender. Completed 261 hours of community service. State moved to non-prosecute.

Rebecca Boykin, charged with theft of property (credit/debit card), and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card. Hearing set for November 21.

Tammie Levingston, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver - marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ordered to complete community service by next court appearance on December 5 or go to jail.

Laterrance Hardwell, charged with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearm, possession of a controlled substance with intent - methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, felon in possession of a firearm, and proximity to certain facilities. Case continued to November 7.

Teshuah Jurgan, charged possession of a controlled substance with intent - marijuana, possession of a controlled substance - Xanax, and possession of drug paraphernalia. State moved to non-prosecute.

Joseph Lowe, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent - crack cocaine, possession of a controlled substance with intent - marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond reduction hearing set for September 19. Trial set for November 13.

Gregory McLeod, charged with theft of property over $1,000. Recommended for smarter sentencing program. Case continued to September 19.

Veronica Robinson-Critton, charged with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearm and possession of a controlled substance with intent - marijuana. Case continued to November 11.

Kevin Christopher, charged with three counts of distribution of a controlled substance - methamphetamine, two counts of absconding, and is a habitual offender. Case continued to November 11.

Antarian Wright, charged with aggravated residential burglary, aggravated robbery, and absconding house arrest. Case continued to November 7.

Donnie Smith, charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threatening, felon in possession of a firearm, and is a habitual offender. Case continued to September 19.

Kelly Brown-Davis, charged with theft of property over $1,000, and is a habitual offender. State moved to non-prosecute.

James Earl Smith, charged with commercial burglary, and is a habitual offender. Case continued to September 19.

Quantavious Mixon, charged with battery second degree. House arrest removed. Case continued to November 7.

Demetrius Paschal, charged with three counts of forgery second degree, and is a habitual offender. Case continued to September 19.

Kevante King, who is charged with battery second degree. Case continued to November 7.

Kaysha Murphy, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Case continued to November 7.

Lynette Trent, charged with two counts of forgery second degree, conspiracy to commit forgery second degree, theft of property over $1,000, theft of services over $1,000 by deception, and is a habitual offender. State moved to non-prosecute all charges except the two forgery counts. Ordered to pay restitution. Released to house arrest. Case continued to October 3.

Dacovis McMurrian, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver - marijuana, maintaining a drug premises near a drug free zone, enhancement - proximity to certain facilities. Case continued to November 7.

Misty Flow-White, charged with aggravated residential burglary, aggravated robbery, and theft of property over $1,000. Released on own recognizance but judge told her if she went missing again, she would spend maximum number of years in prison for her charges. Case continued to November 7.

Eric Fisher, charged with aggravated assault on a family member. Case continued to September 19.

James Pierce, charged with breaking or entering. Ordered to 90 days of community service to be served while in the Columbia County Justice and Detention Facility. Case continued to December 5.

Wade Manning, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, Bench warrant issued for failure to appear.

Travis Harris, charged with attempted residential burglary. Sentenced to two years in CPC, ordered to get his GED while incarcerated and to complete the WAGE program during SIS.
