Part of the Columbia County Circuit Court criminal docket will be heard on Wednesday at the Justice and Detention Facility.

A preliminary docket for Columbia County Circuit Court Criminal Division has been released by the office of Circuit Judge David W. Talley Jr. These defendants may or may not be required to appear in court at this time, depending on various circumstances.

Court will begin at 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 10, in the courtroom at the Columbia County Criminal Detention Facility. Those defendants scheduled to appear at this time, along with their charges, are listed as follows.

A second docket for July 18 will be published at a later date.

Daniel Glenn Edwards, arson, probation revocation.

Yerandy Valdes-Caraballo, 22 counts fraudulent use of a credit or debit card over $1,000 in six-month period; 22 counts theft of property (credit/debit card or account number); 22 counts computer fraud.

Juan Delgado Ramos, 22 counts fraudulent use of credit or debit card over $1,000 in six-month period; 22 counts theft of property (credit/debit card or account number); 22 counts computer fraud, theft of property over $25,000, engaging in continuing gang organization or enterprise first degree.

Felix Perez Valladares, 22 counts fraudulent use of credit or debit card over $1,000 in six-month period; 22 counts theft of property (credit/debit card or account number); 22 counts computer fraud, theft of property over $5,000, engaging in continuing gang organization or enterprise first degree.
