Scam

The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office reports a new scam.

Victims are being called from a Camden telephone number, (870)-807-5814. The caller claims to be with the Social Security Administration, and that there has been or will be a warrant for the citizen's arrest.

The Sheriff’s Office said this is a scam and asks the public not to give any information to the callers.
