A previous edition of this article incorrectly identified the victim as Torrell Johnson. Torrell K. Johnson owns the residence at 214 W. Simmons according to Columbia County property records, but was not the victim. The men are brothers.

The error was that of, and not the fault of the Sheriff's Office.
