Two Magnolia retailers were cited for violations in February by the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, according to March 9 postings on the ABC website.

The ABC Board met March 18. The agency is a division of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

According to the website's report, in the "restaurant mixed drink maximum" category, Santiago's Mexican Restaurant at 1010 N. Jackson St. in Magnolia was cited for selling alcohol to a minor. Concepcion Williams is permittee. The establishment was fined $500 and placed on 60 days probation.

Also, in the "restaurant mixed drink maximum" category, The Central Hub at 104 N. Washington St. in Magnolia was cited for furnishing alcohol to a minor, and open containers of alcoholic beverages, carried from permitted premises. Kevin Barker is permittee. The establishment was fined $600 and placed on 90 days probation.

No Columbia County retailers were listed on the ABC's insufficient funds list.
