Shelda Shackelford, vice president of Teller Operations and deposit compliance officer, is celebrating 30 years with Peoples Bank.

She knows the answer to most questions when no one else does, and has gained valuable knowledge and experience during her career. We depend on her to keep things running smoothly. Shackelford started her banking career in May 1990 and serves on the bank’s personnel committee, assists the Bank Security Act Compliance Officer and is the call center supervisor.
Former duties include teller, head teller, senior teller, new accounts representative and branch manager.
She is a graduate of Nevada High School and attended Southern AUniversity.
Shackelford supports her community by participating in Relay for Life, Magnolia Blossom Festival, SAU Mulegating, Leadership Magnolia, Leadership Magnolia Alumni and Magnolia Trap Shooting Team treasurer. She is a member of Antioch West Baptist Church where she serves on the Youth Committee and Youth Teaching Team.
A native of Waldo, she is married to Bill Shackelford. They are the parents of two daughters Karissa and Danyel.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, beach vacations, camping, hunting and fishing. She is a loyal Arkansas Razorbacks fan.
