One hundred families will receive free groceries Thursday through Unity Church Magnolia, in partnership with Harvest Regional Food Bank.
The church will give packages to the first 100 families that show up at the church, 92 U.S. 79 North, from 2-4 p.m. Thursday.
Food baskets will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
The baskets will include apple sauce, beef pasta dinner, green beans, lasagna, oranges, mac and cheese, pinto beans, oatmeal, stroganoff dinner, vegetable soup and frozen chicken breast tenders.
